Because we sell living things, slight variations in size, color, and shape between the pictured plant and the plant you receive are natural and expected. We do not consider such variation a defect.
We ship carefully packaged plants across the United States. Because plants are perishable, all sales are generally final. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and we will work with you to make it right — this may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for damage caused by delays outside our control (weather events, carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or unattended packages).
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product descriptions, and software — is the property of GreenHerb Life or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
